Boone Appliance Service began in 2001 as a part-time venture by Troy Boone, a native North Carolinian. A change in employment and God’s leading brought him and his family to Anderson, South Carolina in 1996.

Having been associated with home appliance repairs for over 25 years, his desire was to create a company which catered to today’s home owner as well as providing an honest, reliable service. His faith in God and personal relationship with Jesus Christ would be his unswerving guide to providing his customers with a service in which they could trust.

The goal … from the very beginning has been to earn the customer’s long term loyalty by providing dependable, affordable home appliance service in a reasonable time frame.

Boone Appliance Service expanded in recent years to include heating and air conditioning repairs along with most major brand appliance repairs.

The business grew from part-time to full-time in 2004 and continues to grow its customer base by providing free estimates and affordable prices. God has blessed this business and continues to provide opportunities for expanding services to its valued customers. For that we give God the glory!

Our newest service began this year with the opening of Boone Appliance Parts located here in Anderson, South Carolina.

Troy, along with his son John, wanted to provide their customers with a one stop way to acquire all brands of appliance parts without the hassle normally associated with most appliance parts distributors. With repair parts warranties seeming to decrease each year, they wanted to provide confidence to their customers by extending parts warranties when possible.

Experience and the desire to truly serve the appliance parts needs of its customers will continue to be the driving force behind Boone Appliance Parts. With so many different brands of appliances available today to the consumer, it is increasingly difficult to locate needed parts for simple repairs.

At Boone Appliance Parts, all that is needed is a brand name and model number; the research will be conducted by John and Troy providing each customer with the part they need when they need it at a low price. Our mission goal has not changed as we continue to earn our customers’ long term loyalty by providing dependable, affordable home appliance parts and services. With almost 40 years of appliance repair experience, John and Troy stand ready to help you with all your repair and parts needs.
